I do that all the time. Here's one to make you feel better. I went to work for my semi annual eval (or something like that) and my supervisor was not there. You know me, I got all righteous and indignant, spewing about the state of society and how timeliness and dependability was so important. Got home and realized that my appointment was actually for 4/16. It was 4/23. I'm an idiot. Luckily, I'm semi good at my job and it would cost more to replace me than it would to put up with me:)
@Under the Influence: I'll stop by and check out the meme, thanks. My brain is not what it used to be, but I swear that I never had to remember so much stuff before!
@Staci: I've got some work to do! I'll be right on over. There's nothing like a good game of tag! If I can remember who's it.
@Jennifer: I'm so glad I'm not alone :)
@parentingBYdummies: Did you let on that you had figured out the date mix up? Or did you just let it go and pretend like it didn't happen? Too funny. There's this feeling you get when realization hits you--for me it's a cold sweat.
@Lynda: You know it! And I'm looking forward to celebrating the fact that we are NOT running a triathlon.
Hi Deb; I just stopped by from MBC Under 100 Followers club: congrats on going over the 100... I like the way you think (I totally relate) and I am now following you too. Would love you to stop by my blog and see what you think. I am with you on the THREE kids changin' everything ! :) xx
